Jose Altuve cracks first home run of the year

by Dan Schalk | Astros Correspondent | Mon, Apr 11th 12:17pm EDT

Jose Altuve went 1-for-3 against the Brewers, taking the first pitch of the game deep for his first home run of the season. He also drew a walk and stole his fourth base of the young season. The Astros fell to the Brewers 3-2.

Fantasy Impact:

It was good to see Altuve show his power after cracking a career-high 15 home runs last season. His aggressiveness on the base-paths has really stood out, swiping his fourth bag in six games this year. With the ability to get on-base, hit for decent power and be dominate in the steals department, Altuve is again showing why he is so valuable in fantasy baseball.
