Adam Wainwright struggles, but gets 12th win

Adam Wainwright allowed four runs over 5 1/3 innings on Tuesday against the Rockies. He gave up seven hits and two walks, while striking out four. The Cardinals exploded for 10 runs, netting Wainwright the win. He is now 12-9 on the year.
Fantasy Impact:
Considering Wainwright was pitching in Coors Field, his line isn't that terrible. Still, with a 4.57 ERA and 1.38 WHIP, Wainwright does not provide useful fantasy numbers. It appears, however, that he'll have a two-start week in the final week in the season, making him a desperation play for those in need of innings.
