Mark Melancon and Giants agree to on 4-year deal

The Giants opened up the Winter Meetings addressing their biggest need by coming to an agreement with closer Mark Melancon for a rumored 4-year/$62 million contract. (Joel Sherman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Melancon leaves the Nationals for another championship competing team and the saves should come in bunches in 2017. It'll be no surprise if he ranks among the top 3 again in saves this upcoming season. His 54.2% ground ball rate should bode well with the Gold Glove laden infield.
