The only time Green has been targeted since suffering a toe injury in an October 2018 game against the Bucs was a 7-yard reception in Week 13 that year, when he reaggravated the injury and later had to undergo surgery. He then tore ligaments in his ankle last July and ended up missing all of 2019. He enters 2020 with as many question marks as any top-40 fantasy receiver.Fuller will again be an injury risk after having missed 22 of a possible 48 games over the past three seasons. After scoring on a quarter of his catches in 2017, Fuller found the end zone four times in seven 2018 games before tearing his ACL in October. He played only four games in 2019 after suffering a hamstring injury in Week 7 but enters 2020 as Houston's No. 2 wideout.
John Hesterman
Dynasty League Football
Fuller averaged over 7 targets per-game when on the field with Watson last season. With Hopkins moving on to a new team, expect a similar target share for the speedy, yet oft-injured receiver. Injury concerns are the only thing keeping Fuller out of a higher tier of ranking at this point.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
I get it, he hasn't been healthy the last two years. However, when he's been on the field, Green has been a legitimate superstar. Since 2000, here's the list of wide receivers who've posted WR2 or better type numbers at a higher percentage than Green: Michael Thomas, Julio Jones, Antonio Brown, and Odell Beckham. That's the end of the list. He's played his entire career with Andy Dalton. Now moving to Joe Burrow, the quality of the targets should improve. You could argue that Green didn't have a chance to work with Burrow this offseason, but that's the case with all of Burrow's new group of pass catchers. There is legitimate top-10 upside with Green, which is extremely hard to find where he's being drafted. There's risk, but with where he's being drafted, it's worth it.Even with DeAndre Hopkins on the field, Fuller has totaled 116 targets in 18 games over the last two years (6.4 per game), which is more than enough to do damage, especially when you've averaged 14.3 yards per reception over your career. Fuller's volume will be there when he's in the lineup, as Hopkins' 150-plus targets have to go somewhere, and Fuller is the only one returning to the starting lineup who has any familiarity with Deshaun Watson. You must understand the nature of his game before drafting him though. He's finished with fewer than 8.0 PPR points in 20-of-42 career games. He's also finished with more than 20.0 PPR points in nine games. He's been the definition of a boom-or-bust receiver, and one who's been hurt a lot (missed 22 games over four years). Still, with Hopkins gone, Fuller should see a bump in targets and become a bit more stable. If he's healthy, you should have zero issue plugging him in as your WR3 with top-10 upside. You're getting a discount due to his health concerns.
Rob Wilson
The Fantasy Footballers
Dynamite target in the middle rounds, should thrive as Watson's top guy. Health is the only concern here, but it's a legit one.
Seth Miller
Crossroads Fantasy Football
Another deep threat with injury concerns and an inability to catch the ball (twice as many dropped deep balls as the next player). Gets a lot of love for never playing 16 games, going over 700 yards, or receiving more than 100 targets. Was bringing in Kenny Stills not enough of a warning that the team can't trust him to stay healthy? Will Fuller 42.6% of points from 1 game 2 out of 11 weeks inside the top 30 6.45 Targets/game Connected to an explosive QB that teases us with potential Sammy Watkins 37.6% of points from 1 game 2 out of 14 weeks inside the top 30 6.43 Targets/game Connected to an explosive QB, but we finally no longer care
Elliot Berkovits
Packer Report
Can we really trust A.J. Green to stay healthy? Who knows. But at his current ADP, he's tough to pass on. If you're a risk-averse player, Green is not for you, but if you don't mind the risk, Green could end up being a mid-round league winner. If there was ever a time for Will Fuller to truly break out, now's the time. DeAndre Hopkins was sent to Arizona and even with the addition of Brandin Cooks, I see Fuller as the WR1 in the Texans offense. We all know his upside, it's all about the health for Fuller. If he plays 14+ games he has a very good chance of finishing as a WR2.

Will Fuller is one of those guys whose weekly ranking is always going to be higher than his ADP was. He's being drafted as a WR3 but has always had WR1 upside when healthy. The issue is that he hasn't been healthy. He has also failed to bring any value when not reaching his upside. Boom-Bust is his middle name.

Green doesn't have the upside that he had in previous seasons with all the new additions to this offense, but he should still provide fantasy value in 2020. He's someone who I'm comfortable deploying as a WR3 on my roster with the potential that he delivers some huge performances here or there. It's hard to go wrong drafting Fuller at his current ADP of WR35. Fuller could be the WR1 in this offense led by Deshaun Watson and he's shown the potential of being a top-10 WR for fantasy football when he's on the field. Unfortunately, Fuller just has not been able to stay healthy, so he's a risky pick. If you can get Fuller to be a FLEX player in your lineup, where you don't need to rely on him every single week, it could pay off in a big way this season. As long as he's on the field, Fuller has top-12 upside.

A.J. Green has massive question marks around him entering the 2020 season. After sitting out all of last season and half of 2018, it's closing in on two years since we last saw him play. When he's been on the field in the past though, he's been sensational. Now joined by Tyler Boyd, Tee Higgins, John Ross, Auden Tate and Joe Mixon there's plenty of target competition but if Joe Burrow can get the Bengals rolling, Green can return to his truly elite upside. He's a massive gamble but when you're only playing a 6th round cost, it's worth the gamble. If Will Fuller can ever stay healthy for a season he'll be a sensational fantasy pick-up, especially in Best Ball. Fuller once again looked sensational on limited targets when on the field but battled the injuries that have always held him back. After four injury-ravaged seasons, it's time to acknowledge that when you draft Will Fuller, you're going to lose him for parts of the season and he'll fail to finish a lot of games, torpedoing that week for you. On the upside, well, there's a lot of it and he is rather consistent if (and it's a big if) he's healthy. He's worth the gamble, especially in PPR, in the middle rounds.

Could return to his immediate target hog ways. Plus, Burrow seems like an obvious and immediate upgrade... but Green has played with Dalton his whole career. Burrow might not lock onto him quite like the Red Rocket. Mixed in with some major injury concerns, Green is a risky investment.
