Coming off of shoulder and hip injuries but looks 100 percent at camp; should be top red-zone threat for Titans.By far the top guy in Chicago, though offense is not much to get excited about.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Decker landed with the Titans and should be able to take over as the No. 1 target there. The targets might be tougher to find there than elsewhere, but the Titans' offense looks primed to improve, which should help Decker see more work in the red zone and subsequently grab a good number of touchdowns.Meredith will take over as the main receiver in Chicago, which at the very least means he should be in line for a big contingency of targets.
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
I think Decker could take the role held by WR Rishard Matthews last year, which would make him a candidate for 900 yards receiving and 7-9 touchdowns and a WR3 in fantasy football.
Staff Rankings
QB List
Decker has dealt with some bad quarterbacks in the past and made it work. Now he's got a good quarterback and is a red zone machine, meaning he'll likely do fairly well in the Titans offense. There's going to be a competition for targets between him, Matthews, and Davis, but Decker's excellent touchdown ability should give him some good value. If there's one thing you can say about Cameron Meredith, it's this: he's a number one option in an NFL passing offense. Unfortunately, that passing offense is the Chicago Bears, but he should be their top option and should be in for a decent amount of targets. Unfortunately he'll be competing with Victor Cruz, Kendall Wright, and Marcus Wheaton, but there's plenty of upside with Meredith.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Every year, Decker is a top 15 wide receiver in terms of points per game. He is startable every single week that he is healthy. With that being said, the odds of that happening are lower than virtually any other receiver in football. The Bears should end up passing a fair amount and Glennon is better than he is getting credit for, but Meredith is clearly the second most talented wideout for the Bears and while he is generally regarded as the WR1, that will change in short time.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
He's more QB dependent than people think, if he gets stuck with a QB that doesn't throw him open he'll be just another guy. Watch where he might go though, if he ends up on a team like Baltimore WATCH OUT!"Smooth is probably the best word to describe him." - I think Glennon has a little crush on Cameron Meredith. As a UDFA from a small school Meredith wasn't on anyone's radar at this time last year. He wasn't even active for the first two weeks of the season. Meredith finished last year with 66 receptions for 888 yards, in the 12 games he started he finished in the top-12 receivers 5 times (PPR scoring). His burst, agility, and catch radius scores are absolutely through the roof compared to others. His current ADP is in the ninth round so strike while the price is low. Meredith is one of our possible "league winners" this year so stay tuned for more .

Injuries took away Decker's season in 2016. That, coupled with poor QB play, will likely hinder his production in 2017. Auction Value $9 Meredith will be the top receiver in the Bears' offense. An 80-plus reception season is very possible. Auction Value $ 14
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It's unclear as to what is going on with Decker right now, but as of now, we have to assume he's on the team. He's played with some horrid quarterbacks during his career, yet he's totaled at least 962 yards or eight touchdowns in every season he's been a starter, as well as finishing as a top-36 receiver.Despite catching passes from the same quarterbacks and seeing essentially the same number of targets, Meredith finished with 67 more yards and two more touchdowns than Alshon Jeffery last year. He suffered a broken thumb during OTA's which could derail his ascension up the depth chart, as he's out until training camp. There is plenty of risk considering the Bears signing Victor Cruz, Kendall Wright, and Marcus Wheaton, but we also know that there's plenty of upside.
