FantasyPros
One of the trickiest players to rank, Anderson could still receive a suspension because of a January arrest. Also an on-field enigma, he ended the season by recording 120 receiving yards in four games after compiling 490 yards and five TDs in the previous five contests. Anyone drafting Anderson should thus root for Josh McCown to win and keep the job, as his season-ending hand injury occurred right as the wideout started to fade in Week 14. He's an ultimate boom-or-bust pick. Anyone who only follows football through preseason fantasy analysis will think Parker is one of football's finest wideouts. Once again expected to take a seismic leap, he once again underwhelmed by scoring once in 13 games. He also garnered 96 targets in 13 games and 35 of them in Miami's final four contests. Jarvis Landry vacated 161 targets (21 inside the red zone), giving Parker his best opportunity yet to meet the hype. A broken finger should derail the usual usual August hype, perhaps making him available at a fair price for a change.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
This is a ranking that can move, as Anderson could potentially be suspended by the commissioner. He's had off -the-field issues multiple times, but the most recent arrest has some really bad details, particularly when he said things to a police officer about what he'd do to his wife. He may escape legal trouble, but the NFL is sure to investigate. It could be an Ezekiel Elliott situation where we don't even know when the season begins, so you have to build that risk into his draft price. He belongs in the WR4 range because of it. If Sam Darnold starts, it could actually hurt his stock because of the rapport Anderson's built with Josh McCown. There are a lot of fantasy players who are bailing on Parker at this point in his career, and while I get why they'd want to do that, it's a mistake. He's a former first-round pick who is 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds, who has produced when he's been healthy. There've been 25 games in which he's seen at least five targets, and in those games he's averaged 68.2 yards and 0.3 touchdowns, which is low-end WR2 numbers. He did that with Jarvis Landry on the team, who is now a Cleveland Browns receiver. It's rare to find a player this late in drafts who has 120-target potential, but Parker does. If he stays healthy, he's likely going to finish as a top-30 wide receiver with upside for more. Update: Parker is going to miss multiple weeks with a broken finger, which should temper expectations, though he's still undervalued.

QB List
I've gotta be honest folks, it took me nearly 12 games last season to finally buy into our guy Robby as a consistent producer in the Jets' offense. With blazing speed and good route running, Anderson was sent on bomb and deep slant routes serving in a Tyreek Hill-esque deep threat role, while sometimes serving as the go-to receiver on 3rd down for the Jets' Josh McCown led offense. Although the Jets do return Quincy Enunwa to the mix, and added Terrell Pryor in the offseason, Anderson still profiles out to receive the lion's share of deep chucks from McCown, while possibly seeing a slight dip in targets, situating him firmly at the tail end of Tier 3 at #25.Devante Parker was supposed to be the stud opposite Jarvis Landry in Miami, but seeing as he plays for the Dolphins, of course it didn't work out as planned. However, with Tannehill returning to the fold, and Landry and his massive target share gone from Miami, Parker has a big opportunity to perform. Keep in mind though, that Parker has not shown good skills or physical traits in the past year. Take it with a grain of salt, but the opportunity is there as he seems like the defacto #1 receiver in Miami.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
"After a productive rookie season, Robby Anderson stepped up big for the Jets in 2017 following the loss of Enunwa. The Temple product racked up 942 receiving yards and 7 TDs, establishing himself as a bona fide deep threat. Since entering the league, Anderson is sixth in the NFL in receptions of 20+ yards with 27." newyorkjets.comDeVante Parker posted WR3 numbers 61.5% of the time, while Adam Thielen posted WR3 numbers 56.5% of the time. @MikeTagliereNFL

Anderson's felony charges were dropped, which should keep him from any long-term suspension. He also gets Josh McCown back, with whom he had a strong connection with last season.I have Parker in dynasty and turned down some really good offers for him, so at this point, I'm just hoping he can live up to some of his potential. Jarvis Landry is gone; the Dolphins have a rookie tight end, and Kenny Stills is the only player who could see more targets. I'll give Parker one more season.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Parker steps into a huge role with Landry leaving. It all depends if he's ready to break out
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Anderson is expected to miss 2 to 4 games but he will be worth drafting anyways considering the state of the Jets' receiver core and the way Anderson performed over the second half of last season. From the moment he returns, Anderson is startable each and every week.Sure, he was a major letdown last year, and the year before, but this could be the year. You might be tired of hearing that, but with Jarvis Landry gone and Tannehill back, are you seriously going to suggest Danny Amendola and Albert Wilson will step in as the top receiver in this offense? Be honest, you know it is Parker and you've gotta buy that lottery ticket once again.
Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
He was the Jets most talented receiver last year but that is not saying much; whomever Darnold clicks with will hold this spotHe is now officially in the post-hype potential sleeper or bust category
