Lineups
The Colts' wide receiver burned some people last season as he missed six games and struggled to produce with Jacoby Brissett when he was on the field. However, it wasn't that long ago that Hilton caught 76 balls for 1,270 yards and 6 touchdowns in his last season with Andrew Luck. Hilton would have been a top-12 receiver last season if he had produced the same stat line as in 2018. The Colts' offense should look very different in 2020 and Hilton will be the primary beneficiary of the chemistry Rivers and head coach Frank Reich have previously developed. The Ravens are going to throw the ball a lot more in 2020 - their rushing production is statistically unsustainable and it's unlikely they are playing with the lead in as many games as their schedule gets significantly harder. Lamar Jackson showed a solid chemistry with Marquise Brown last season and there is minimal competition for targets in the offense. Hollywood is a sophomore with WR1 upside who you can get as late as the 8th or 9th round in some leagues.
Draft Engine
Draft Engine
After a feast-or-famine 2017 during which Hilton had three games with more than 150 receiving yards and eight with 30 or fewer, he rebounded with a productive season in '18 with Andrew Luck back under center. The expectation is that his production will bounce back from last season's underwhelming output now that Philip Rivers has arrived as the Colts' new quarterback.Brown's rookie year was bookended by a four-catch, 147-yard, two-touchdown effort in a season-opening blowout of Miami and a seven-catch, 126-yard game in Baltimore's home loss to Tennessee in the playoffs' Divisional Round. In between, he only twice surpassed 50 receiving yards in a game and only twice caught more than four passes in a game for the run-oriented Ravens.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
After a super 2018 season where he returned to top form, T.Y. Hilton had an awful 2019. The retirement of Andrew Luck was followed by a number of frustrating injuries which made consistent production impossible. Now 30 and carrying a number of soft-tissue injuries into the season, it's hard to see Hilton remaining fit and explosive again. He's also joined by impressive youngsters Parris Campbell and Michael Pittman while the team is clearly becoming more run-heavy. The good news is that Philip Rivers is a big QB upgrade and Hilton has a huge ceiling, especially in non-PPR. He's a boom/bust 5th-round pick who could be worth a pick-up if you have the top-end strength to cover for his many bad weeks and injuries.I won't be drafting Marquise Brown in any leagues outside Best Ball this year. His upside is massively capped by the way the Ravens run their offense and by his style as a mostly deep threat. While he'll have some massive games, he's equally likely to score you less than five points. In fact he failed to pass 23 yards in half of his starts. You can talk about injuries and regression all you like, I'll draft a guy I may at least have a chance of feeling comfortable starting.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
As a soon-to-be 31-year-old coming off an injury-plagued season and playing with a new quarterback, it's not a good look to show up to camp with a non-football hamstring injury. There will be no preseason game action for him to build any chemistry with his new quarterback, so training camp was important. Hilton has never been a touchdown guy, as his career high is capped out at seven touchdowns. So, he's reliant upon targets more than someone like D.K. Metcalf, who can score 10 touchdowns. Not only do we have to worry about Hilton's health and age, but we also have to worry about his quarterback's. Philip Rivers was not good last year and hasn't traditionally thrown to guys like Hilton who are undersized and play on the perimeter. With so many variables and lack of true upside, I'm okay fading Hilton, especially at his current cost. If you're able to land him as a backend WR3, I'm okay with the risk/reward, as there aren't too many safe options in that range. He was coming off foot surgery last year, and it was the reason I was avoiding him in drafts. Same calendar year surgery on foot/ankle never goes well for pass catchers. Still, Brown went out there and played well the first two weeks, racking up 253 yards and two touchdowns over the first two weeks. Unfortunately, the injuries to his lower body added up as the year went on and his performances reflected that, as he topped 50 yards just once over the remaining 12 games he played. Offensive coordinator Greg Roman has said Brown's "had a great offseason." Brown's schedule is great to start the year, too. In Weeks 2-5, he'll play against the Texans, Chiefs, Washington, and Bengals. The upside to Brown is a DeSean Jackson-like presence of someone who won't be a consistent WR1, but rather one you play as a WR2/3 who gives you "boom" potential on a weekly basis. However, if the Ravens don't up their pass attempts, it'll be hard figuring out when those booms will come. Relying on him as more than a WR3 this year would probably be a mistake, because there's not much evidence suggesting they'll throw the ball a lot more than they did in 2019.
Rob Wilson
The Fantasy Footballers
Offense runs through him, health is the only risk. Stable WR3 with WR1 weekly potentialPerfect breakout candidate, a top WR3 target for all formats
Elliot Berkovits
Packer Report
Hilton, along with the entire Colts offense, will be one of the most interesting storylines to watch as the season progresses. With Philip Rivers now at QB, Hilton could have his best season since Andrew Luck's prime. That being said, Rivers is another year older and if he doesn't have the arm to get Hilton the ball, it could be problematic. I like Hilton's upside but his floor is frighteningly low.Brown had an up and down rookie season where he dealt with injuries but also showed real potential when at 100%. Now he enters year two in the NFL and should be completely healthy giving him a chance to be a terrific mid-round value. My only concern for Brown is how much the Ravens run the football, that could hurt him a few times but over 16 games it's not a reason to avoid him.
Dan Harris
FantasyPros
With Andrew Luck as his quarterback, Hilton has averaged nearly 80 yards per game and topped 100 yards receiving 34% of the time. Without Luck, Hilton has averaged just over 58 yards per game, and topped 100 yards receiving just 14% of the time. Philip Rivers is an upgrade over Jacoby Brissett, so Hilton's numbers should look closer to the ones he put up with Luck, rather than those without him. But given Rivers' decline last season, it's still better to think of Hilton as only a borderline WR2 at best.

Hilton was 34th in PPG last season and his TTV (Brotofantasy.com) was 36th, so he did what was expected and slightly more. Rivers is a QB upgrade, Hilton should probably see a few more targets, and he's received praise from the coaching staff. Hilton isn't washed yet.

Hollywood Brown is a massive value because of *where* he sees his targets. @GrahamBarfield

Hilton's an incredibly risky pick at his ADP right now. He needs to stay healthy this season to return that value and he now has Michael Pittman to take away targets. Rivers could lock onto Pittman, which is the type of receiver he's been known to target heavily in the past, which would leave a smaller target percentage for Hilton. He has the talent, but a lot has to go Hilton's way this season for him to be a true force for fantasy football. In my opinion, Hilton's nothing more than a low-end WR3.Unfortunately, Brown doesn't exactly play in the best offense to maximize his skills for fantasy football. He has the talent to be a top-24 WR, but the Ravens simply do not pass the ball enough for him to return value. He's a boom/bust play that's best plugged in as a WR3/FLEX option on a weekly basis.

A WR room with everything you could want. Hilton going deep, Campbell the YAC machine, and the big, reliable Pittman. While Hilton should lead the trio, he was also be battling his own ability to stay on the field. Maybe it's assuming too much, but IND just came off a season with the 3rd fewest passing yards in the league, with 3108. Phil has thrown fewer than 4000 only 3 times in his 14 years as a starter, he was over 4000 3 times with fewer attempts than what IND attempted last year because IND efficiency as so bad. We don't have to see the team transform into a passing team to see better production from all the WRs. I'm grabbing Campbell late everywhere I can.The good news: He was the leading target getter at WR. The Bad: The Ravens were 32nd in attempts in 2019, meaning Marquise had 71 targets. I do believe he can be an elite deep threat, with plenty of opportunity to gash the defense when they cheat up to sop the run but that is a narrative versus the numbers that Baltimore is most likely to repeat. He did have the screw removed from his foot this offseason so hopefully he can stay healthy. I see him as a flex play with upside, but the upside is not the ceiling in this case.. There are big Trusses in the way

Hilton's age 30 season was not kind to him, he missed QB Andrew Lucks' arm and he had only 501 yards from scrimmage and 5 touchdowns in 10 games in 2019. If he can stay healthy, he has some upside playing with QB Philip Rivers, but he is a boom / bust WR3 given his health concerns.
