You have to love the landing spot for Beckham as he's now tied to a franchise quarterback who's deadly accurate. The issue is that the Browns are a franchise that has tons of talent on the defensive side of the ball, which may limit the amount of pass attempts to go around. Still, you don't trade for Beckham and not use him. He may not belong in the elite tier in year one with the Browns, but it shouldn't shock anyone if he finishes there. He is an outlierNot only was he worthy of a first-round pick last year, but there are now question marks surrounding the No. 1 receiver on his team that could boost his targets to even higher heights. Not that he needs them, as his 150 targets were tied for fourth all-time among tight ends. Kelce gives you consistency and predictability at a very unpredictable position and an advantage every week. If you want to take him at the end of the first-round or beginning of the second-round, you should

Beckham is in the best situation he's had yet in the NFL. Now he just needs to stay healthy.Kelce is in the best system and is has high volume and elite TD upside. He's entrenched in my #1 spot at tight end.
Dan Harris
FantasyPros
If you said a couple of years ago that Beckham Jr. would move from the Giants to the Browns and be seeing a massive upgrade in both offense and quarterback play, you would have sounded ridiculous. There's no way to fully understand how the Browns offense will unfold, given the new offensive coordinator and the fact that they probably won't need to throw quite as much with an improved overall defense. But none of that really matters. Beckham has basically averaged a 1500-yard, 12-touchdown pace since he entered into the league, and should now have an elite quarterback throwing him the ball. There are plenty of mouths to feed in Cleveland and Beckham has battled injuries in his career, but don't kid yourself. He's going to have a monster year. What more can owners ask of Kelce, who has finished as the tip tight end and totaled at least 1,000 yards receiving in three straight seasons. You want a negative? With Tyreek Hill set to avoid suspension, Kelce won't see the likely uptick in targets he otherwise would have. Fantasy owners will have to settle for just having the best tight end in the game put up his usual dominant stat line. Buy with confidence, obviously, and draft him as a borderline first-rounder.
Brandon Funston
The Athletic
44 TD in 59 career games, 3rd-most among WRs in NFL history thru 59 games - quicks, route-running, hands, YAC ability should be match made in heaven with QB Mayfield's accuracy, anticipationHe's the new, more durable Gronk (just 1 DNP in past 5 seasons) - matchup nightmare, lethal QB connection
Michael Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
If OBJ stays healthy we may be talking about him being the first receiver off the board next season. I don't think we need to talk about how good OBJ is, we have seen the numbers he can put up with Eli Manning, this connection could be and likely will be game changing.Big time advantage at TE if you draft Kelce. I would prefer to draft a RB/WR in the first round, but cannot argue with Kelce in the second.
Jason Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
OBJ was 13th last season in True Target Value with Eli Manning throwing him the ball. If those targets came from Baker Mayfield instead, OBJ would have been the 9th WR. Now factor in that Mayfield was 12th in True Throw Value in his ROOKIE SEASON and OBJ becomes a top-3 WR option with potential for for a WR1 finish.According to True Target Value, a pass Mahomes to Kelce on the road resulted in more expected fantasy points than any other combo in the NFL. There's no reason to think that the young studs are going to slow down this season, especially with Hill still around to stretch the field.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
You can argue that there is not a more talented receiver, or even football player in the league. Now that Beckham is in Cleveland with the next great quarterback, his situation is much better than he's ever seen before. With those two in mind, he has as good of a chance as anyone to finish as the WR1 but with soft tissue injuries in his past, he comes with the most risk of any elite receiver too.Kelce scored the most fantasy points of any tight end in the last five seasons last year. He may shatter that clip this season and approach Gronk's enormous 2017 total of 331 PPR points if Tyreek Hill were to suffer an injury.. Kelce wasn't far off at 295 last year. If he can jump another 40 points, we'd be looking at the WR1 if he qualified for that possession. Kelce is absolutely worth a top 20 pick this year.
Kyle Yates
The Fantasy Footballers
The general public has seemingly forgotten about OBJ and his talents and abilities when he's on the field. Injuries marred his season last year, but he's the best wideout in the game when he plays. Now, he heads to a situation with an ascending QB talent in Baker Mayfield who can take full advantage of OBJ's quickness and route-running ability. Baker's going to latch onto Odell early and the sky's the limit for him in 2019.If Tyreek Hill misses this season from his pending suspension, Kelce stands to be the biggest benefactor. A huge factor in the receiving game in the league's most dynamic passing offense, Kelce's a no-brainer of a pick at the Tight End position. Currently, I have no issue with taking Kelce at the back end of the 1st round due to the positional advantage he brings.
Nick Zylak
Fantasy Football Advice
People are a little too scared of Odell this season. His target market share is likely going to decrease...but he's also going to a different market. Odell moves from a bad offense, with a bad QB, to an elite offense, with an already elite QB. Also, is there really that much competition for targets? Sure Landry will get his, but Njoku's never been a target hog, and they are likely to use Chubb on most downs ahead of Duke (assuming Duke is still even on the team come week 1). Behind them all you have is Antonio Calloway, Rashard Higgins and Damion Ratley. People can't honestly expect those guys to take that many targets away from Odell! Is he a first round pick? Probably not. But he's a great second round pick, and I wouldn't be shocked at all if he were to finish in the top 3.There is a very real case to be made in drafting Kelce in the first round this season. A big part of that decision is going to come down to the potential suspension of Tyreek Hill. If Hill isn't suspended, then he should be taken in the early second round. If he is though, I'd highly consider drafting Kelce in the late first round. My current projections have Hill being suspended for a majority of the season (although recent news makes this less likely than it was before). In this set of projections, Kelce is projected to outscore the next best TE by 50 half PPR points. That sort of weekly advantage over your opponent is absolutely massive, and is something that can be the difference maker between a playoff team, and a championship team.
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
Beckahm Jr. is still one of the best wide receivers in the NFL and playing with QB Baker Mayfield is going to really help his fantasy production in 2019.Kelce had 1,336 yards receiving and 10 receiving touchdowns in 2018. Considering the quality and youth of the Chiefs offense, Kelce should continue to put up monster numbers in 2019.
