Lineups
Robert Woods is consistently one of the most underappreciated players in fantasy football. He's surpassed 130 targets each of the past two seasons and could be headed for a career-high mark after the departures of Brandin Cooks and Todd Gurley. Woods is a consistent force, particularly in PPR leagues as in 10 of his 15 games last year, he had 9+ targets. I don't expect any two-tight end schematic shifts to impact Kupp's usage, but if it does, Woods would have a bit of added upside in the target department. I know it's not exciting to draft Woods, but you'll be happy to have a consistent plug-and-play guy who will rarely if ever lose you a week.Courtland Sutton is entering his third pro season in what should be a much-improved offense. The additions of Melvin Gordon, Jerry Jeudy, and K.J. Hamler, as well as new offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur, should help open things up for second-year quarterback Drew Lock. Sutton is still the leading receiver on this team and after a WR19 finish in Lock's rookie year, he should continue to improve. Sutton is a big-bodied, contested-catch machine who has 10-touchdown upside at some point. The Broncos won't be a high-volume passing offense, but they will likely run more plays than last season and Sutton will benefit.
Draft Engine
Draft Engine
Woods enjoyed the most productive season of his six-year NFL career in 2018, setting career-high marks in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns. While he reached 90 receptions last season for the first time in his career, his production slipped in the yardage and scoring departments. His two receptions on plays run inside the 10-yard line ranked fifth on the Rams in '19.Once Emmanuel Sanders was dealt to San Francisco a week prior to the NFL's trade deadline last October, Sutton emerged as the clear-cut top option in Denver's passing game. He does come with a small amount of risk from a fantasy perspective with unproven second-year quarterback Drew Lock under center, but Sutton enters 2020 as the Broncos' most explosive weapon.
John Hesterman
Dynasty League Football
Annually undervalued, Robert Woods represents a high target floor, solid and consistent production, and we should all be expecting more than the pair of receiving touchdowns he managed last season. The Rams moving to more 12-Personnel ensures he is not leaving the field despite the package. Woods has a WR2 fllor with WR1 upside.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
I've been on the Robert Woods hype train all off-season and it seems to finally be gaining momentum. He finished WR17 despite only scoring 2 TDs and a couple of very poor games plus a mid-season injury. TD regression should happen though that's never been his strength and for that reason, he's a great PPR option and a solid option in other modes given his late fourth-round cost.Courtland Sutton had a sensational breakout in 2019, despite playing with a bizarre array of mediocre quarterbacks. Concerningly though, he wasn't at his best with Drew Lock, getting no more than five receptions in a Lock game. To add to the issues, the team has signed possession receiver Jerry Jeudy, speedster KJ Hamler, big body Albert O and superior receiving back Melvin Gordon. That means Sutton's very high 26% target share is going to take a major hit. In an offense with low passing numbers, low snap counts and for a receiver with low per-target efficiency, it's looking bleak for Courtland Sutton. He's a bust possibility with a limited ceiling in an offence that will take time to come together.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Despite scoring just two touchdowns last year, Woods was able to finish as the No. 17 wide receiver. Why do we continually doubt that his production will continue? Under Sean McVay, he's been a WR2 or better in 21-of-43 games, which is the same as Tyreek Hill. He may not have the upside that Hill does, but as a WR2 on your team, he's gold. What a year for Sutton in 2019, eh? He didn't finish as high as some thought (WR19), but it was a miracle he finished there if you were to go back and watch some of the passes he came down with. His 125 targets were the 15th most among wide receivers, though it's hard to see that continuing. He had zero competition for targets last year, which is why he saw over 50 percent of the ones that went to wide receivers. He'll now have to contend with first-round pick Jerry Jeudy, who's the most polished receiver who's come out in the last five years, and second-round pick KJ Hamler in the starting lineup. That's not to mention Melvin Gordon, who's an established pass-catcher out of the backfield. Sutton is clearly a star, but this offense is now littered with talented pass catchers. There were just two games all last year Sutton saw fewer than seven targets, but I think that number goes up this year. He was a middling WR2 last year with those high target totals, yet he's being drafted essentially where he finished last year, and that's despite the improved talent around him. If Sutton wants to finish better than a low-end WR2/high-end WR3, he's going to need double-digit touchdowns, and that's just not something I can predict given the talent around him.

The volume is there, the departure of Brandin Cooks helps, hoping there can be more TD's for 2020The connection with Drew Lock is there and now its time for that offense to take it to the next level. Tons of potential and now is the time to put it all together

Woods is the model of consistency, has remained in the 5th forever. Won't win you many weeks, but if he plays in most offensive packages the Ying to Cooper Kupp's Yang, he has WR2 potential with ease.Facing more competition for targets, but true WR1 skillset. Ideal WR3 if you can land him there.

Robert Woods is the definition of consistency. Week in and week out you know what you're getting from Woods and fantasy football that's an incredibly valuable trait. He may not have WR1 upside, but you won't find a better WR2.There was plenty of hype surrounding Sutton leading up to the 2019 season and he did not disappoint. Even while playing with below-average QB play, Sutton managed 1,112 receiving yards and six TDs. Now as Drew Lock enters year two under center, we could see Sutton improve on his already impressive 2019 numbers.

Woods is the most underappreciated WR year in and year out. He is the Rams WR1.

Became 1 of just 5 WRs in NFL history to catch 90 passes with 2 TD catches or less in 2019 - heavy target share, plus TD regression offers backend WR1 upside4th at WR in end zone targets (14), 1st in TeamAirYards% and NFL-high 8 Defensive PI penalties drawn for 150 yards speaks to the nightmare matchup he is

FantasyPros
There is a pretty big disconnect between what the average fantasy football player thinks about Woods and what the expert consensus thinks about him, with the latter being significantly higher. Woods scored just three touchdowns last year but there is bound to be positive regression, and he's seen at least 130 targets in each of the last two years. With Brandin Cooks gone, and with how Woods came on toward the second half of the season, he's much closer to a WR1 than fantasy managers are giving him credit for.

FantasyPros
Woods was solid with 1,249 yards from scrimmage, but he had only 3 touchdowns. He is a WR3 with his nice yardage totals, but he does not score enough touchdowns to be in the WR2 discussion.Sutton had 1,129 yards from scrimmage and 6 touchdowns playing with 3 starting quarterbacks in 2019. If Drew Lock can emerge as a reliable starter, Sutton has the talent to be in the WR1 discussion in 2020.

Woods is the most underrated WR1 in the league this offseason. He's basically guaranteed to go at least 85/1100/5, has more upside than that with the departure of Cooks, never steps off the field no matter what personnel the Rams decide to use (the same can not be said for Kupp), and will likely score more TDs this season as Jared Goff had SEVEN different passing plays end up at the one-yard line last season. I will have Woods on all of my teams at his current ADP.

FantasyPros
Over the back half of 2019, Woods was a WR1 and gave you some huge performances. This offense doesn't appear set to change from what was working for them at the end of last season, which indicates that Woods is in line for another huge season. Calvin Ridley may be the best overall value in redraft AP right now, but Woods is a close second.Sutton has all the talent in the world to be a top-12 fantasy wide receiver, but there are some legitimate obstacles in his way that could prevent that from happening. This offense may not throw the ball enough to return that type of target volume and he has legitimate competition for targets now with Jerry Jeudy and KJ Hamler. Sutton's a solid WR2 for your fantasy roster that comes with potential top-12 upside if everything goes his way.

Robert Woods finished as the WR14 in PPR leagues last year with 140 targets /90 rec /1134 yards/2 TDs. With no Cooks and positive TD regression, Woods may be in for his first top-10 season of his career. He had just 2 TDs on 90 receptions which made him WR14 in 2019. Woods has also avg'd 18 carries / 136 yards / 1 TD the past two years. @amazehayes_ Woods has caught at least 85 balls, gone over 1,100 yards, and has seen 130+ targets in back-to-back seasons. @grahamBarfield
