FantasyPros
Hilton's an incredibly risky pick at his ADP right now. He needs to stay healthy this season to return that value and he now has Michael Pittman to take away targets. Rivers could lock onto Pittman, which is the type of receiver he's been known to target heavily in the past, which would leave a smaller target percentage for Hilton. He has the talent, but a lot has to go Hilton's way this season for him to be a true force for fantasy football. In my opinion, Hilton's nothing more than a low-end WR3.Diggs didn't exactly land in the best offense for fantasy football purposes. This is a team that's built through the run game and solid defense, which doesn't lead to an insane amount of passing volume. Diggs should be the leader on this team from a targets perspective, but it may not lead to being anything more than a consistent WR2. John Brown and Cole Beasley are still going to remain involved and they'll effectively limit Diggs' overall ceiling.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
After a super 2018 season where he returned to top form, T.Y. Hilton had an awful 2019. The retirement of Andrew Luck was followed by a number of frustrating injuries which made consistent production impossible. Now 30 and carrying a number of soft-tissue injuries into the season, it's hard to see Hilton remaining fit and explosive again. He's also joined by impressive youngsters Parris Campbell and Michael Pittman while the team is clearly becoming more run-heavy. The good news is that Philip Rivers is a big QB upgrade and Hilton has a huge ceiling, especially in non-PPR. He's a boom/bust 5th-round pick who could be worth a pick-up if you have the top-end strength to cover for his many bad weeks and injuries.Stefon Diggs had a 2019 that was totally out of character, gaining career-high yards on his lowest target share since his debut season. His efficiency went through the roof while he received under a third of his red zone targets. Now things get even more complicated with his move to the Buffalo Bills. Will he perform like John Brown in 2019 or will they poach each other's points? My greatest concern is his weekly floor in this run-first offence paired with a stingy defence. He'll have some big games and is a strong Best Ball target but I believe his overall ceiling is severely capped at WR2.

Crossroads Fantasy Football
A WR room with everything you could want. Hilton going deep, Campbell the YAC machine, and the big, reliable Pittman. While Hilton should lead the trio, he was also be battling his own ability to stay on the field. Maybe it's assuming too much, but IND just came off a season with the 3rd fewest passing yards in the league, with 3108. Phil has thrown fewer than 4000 only 3 times in his 14 years as a starter, he was over 4000 3 times with fewer attempts than what IND attempted last year because IND efficiency as so bad. We don't have to see the team transform into a passing team to see better production from all the WRs. I'm grabbing Campbell late everywhere I can.Had the lowest target count since his rookie year but the play action did wonders for his Yards per catch. 4 more yards per catch than his second best season. Team was 9th in play action attempts in 2019. Are the lack of targets a concern when Thielen only played 10 games though? Diggs sure thinks so. Led the league in yardage(635) from deep passes in 2019. Josh Allen - The most inaccurate starting QB on deep balls in 2019(30.9% accuracy). John Brown finished as WR15 last year..
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
He's entering the final year of his contract with the Colts and is likely to lead them in targets. Some may be concerned about last year, but Jacoby Brissett wasn't the guy to get him the ball. Philip Rivers, on the other hand, he can sling it. Going back to Hilton with Andrew Luck in the Frank Reich offense, he finished with WR2-type numbers in 64.3 percent of his games. The addition of Michael Pittman and Jonathan Taylor may bring down his touchdown upside, but he should remain a consistent WR3, at worst. Now that Diggs is out of Minnesota, will he become the fantasy superstar that we thought he could be? He tallied just 94 targets last year, and that's despite Adam Thielen being hurt for half the season. Diggs has seen more than 112 targets just once in his career, a number that should be attainable in Buffalo, though John Brown and Cole Beasley both topped 100 targets last year. To think Diggs can be more than a WR2, they'd have to severely cut Brown's and Beasley's targets to get him there. With Josh Allen's inconsistency throwning the ball down the field, it'd be unwise to trust Diggs as anything more than a low-end WR2 in fantasy.
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
Hilton's age 30 season was not kind to him, he missed QB Andrew Lucks' arm and he had only 501 yards from scrimmage and 5 touchdowns in 10 games in 2019. If he can stay healthy, he has some upside playing with QB Philip Rivers, but he is a boom / bust WR3 given his health concerns. The Vikings were 30th in pass attempts, which is a big reason why Diggs had only 68 receptions, 1,191 yards, and six touchdowns. He moves to another run-oriented offense, where he should be a mid-range WR2.

Since 2009, only 26.0% of WRs to average 10+ PPG and then change teams have improved their PPG in the following season. Change the PPG threshold to 12 and that number drops to 20.9%. At 15 it's 0.0%. Last year Stefon Diggs avg 14.1 ppg @JackMiller02
