Devin Smith tears ACL

New York Jets general manager Mike Maccagnan told the media wide receiver Devin Smith (ACL) has torn his ACL and will miss the entire 2017 season. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Well, the Jets can't seem to catch a break. Smith, a second-year wideout who missed 18 games since 2015, is out for the upcoming season with a torn ACL. He has already undergone surgery to repair the injury. With Smith sidelined, rookie Chad Hansen has an excellent opportunity to make the 53 man roster and have an impactful freshman campaign as a pro.
