Dallas Cowboys beat writer Drew Davison is reporting linebacker Jaylon Smith (knee) took part in team drills during Wednesday's practice. (The Star-Telegram)

Fantasy Impact:

Although Smith is participating in full team drills at OTAs, the Cowboys are "expected to remain cautious" with him at next week's mandatory minicamp. Per reports, "he'll likely go through two limited practices with one rest day" heading into training camp. Barring a setback, Smith is fully expected to make his NFL debut in Week 1 of the 2017 regular season but may be required to play in a brace which he is currently practicing with on his left foot for a "drop foot condition caused by the nerve damage."
