Dede Westbrook not activated from IR; out for Week 10

The Jaguars did not activate Dede Westbrook off of injured reserve this week. He is out for Week 10. (Mike Kaye on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is a great sign for Marqise Lee's availability, as he was questionable coming into Week 10 with a knee injury. Westbrook must be activated off of IR by a week from Tuesday or he will remain out for the year.
