Le'Veon Bell won't report for Week 8

Le'Veon Bell will continue his holdout through Week 8 according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Bell is going to hold out through next Tuesday's trade deadline. It's unclear what will happen after that, but one has to assume he'll be back shortly. If Bell doesn't report after Week 10 then he will not be able to become a free agent at season's end. In the meantime James Conner will be an RB1 versus the Browns this week.
