Fantasy Impact:
Samuel could theoretically be on the block after Carolina signed Robby Anderson this off-season. However, it also wouldn't hurt to have a three-wide set of D.J. Moore, Samuel, and Anderson. Perhaps the Panthers receive an offer they can't refuse as draft weekend continues.
