Joe Mixon and the Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to terms on a four-year, $48M contract extension that will keep the star running back in Cincinnati for five more seasons. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Mixon gets his wish with a four-year extension that ties him to Cincinnati through the 2024 season. The migraines he had been dealing with over the past week have seemed to go away as Mixon is back at practice Tuesday after agreeing to terms on a new contract. Now that the deal has been worked out, look for Mixon to put in serious work in 2020 to show the Bengals they made the right decision. With this news, Mixon should easily be a top-10 RB this season with the potential to crack into the top five on an ascending offense led by Joe Burrow.
