Rex Burkhead rushes for 45 yards Monday night

Rex Burkhead had 11 carries for 45 yards and added one reception for five yards in Monday night's loss to the Chiefs.
Fantasy Impact:
All the fantasy managers who rushed to the waiver wire to pick up Burkhead coming off of a three-touchdown performance were thoroughly disappointed Monday night. With news breaking that Sony Michel was heading to IR coming out earlier in the day, Burkhead seemed to have a big opportunity before him. That all changed when New England activated 2nd-year RB Damien Harris and gave him the majority of the touches in his first game back. Burkhead should be rostered in Michel's absence, but this New England backfield is highly unpredictable. He can be started with caution as a desperation FLEX play moving forward.
