Dwayne Haskins demoted to third-string quarterback in Washington

Washington quarterback Taylor Heinicke will start the team's Week 17 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles over Dwayne Haskins if Alex Smith is unable to play, head coach Ron Rivera announced Monday morning. (Mike Garafolo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Haskins was benched in Week 16 after completing 14 of his 28 pass attempts for 154 yards and two interceptions. It is likely that Haskins's time in Washington is done just two years after being draft in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
