Case Keenum will make a spot start on Thursday Night Football. Cleveland is without both Nick Chubb (calf) and Kareem Hunt (calf). Additionally, Odell Beckham Jr. (shoulder) is banged up. This is a rough spot for Keenum for to be playing.
