Kyle Philips (shoulder) remained limited in practice on Friday. He is officially listed as doubtful heading into Week 3 against the Las Vegas Raiders. (Jim Wyatt on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Philips played through his injury last week against the Bills, catching one pass but also muffing a punt. Through two contests, the rookie has totaled seven catches, 71 yards, and two lost fumbles.
