Despite solid performance Thursday, Mason Foster among Bears' final cuts

The Bears have informed fifth-year LB Mason Foster that he will be waived along with five other players including TE's Dante Rosario and Bear Pascoe, WR Rashad Lawrence, CB Qumain Black and LB Kyle Woestmann. (Chicago Tribune)
Fantasy Impact:
Even though Foster had four tackles, including two tackles for a loss and a sack in Thursday's night preseason finale it wasn't enough to keep Foster on the roster. The Bears will go younger behind starters Christian Jones and Shea McClellin. John Timu and Jonathan Anderson could be in line for spots while Jon Bostic could hang around as well. Expect Foster, a run stopping specialist to latch on somewhere.
