Devin Smith 'not ready' for football activites

NJ.com is reporting that New York Jets WR Devin Smith (knee) told the publication that his "body feels good," but he is "not ready to play football" following surgery to repair a torn ACL that was performed last December. (NJ.com)
Fantasy Impact:
It appears that Smith will likely begin the 2016 season on the PUP list. The young wideout has yet to began running at full speed and with the season just under a month away, his outlook to return anytime soon remains grim.
