Emmanuel Sanders comes down with three receptions

Emmanuel Sanders caught three passes from second-year QB Trevor Siemian in Saturday night's game against the 49ers. He had 24 yards receiving on the night.
Fantasy Impact:
It was Trevor Siemian's turn to run the first team offense on Saturday and Sanders was involved, as expected. Much has been made of the Broncos' QB situation, but the primary concern for Sanders this year is the potential for the Broncos to be a more run-oriented offense this season, coupled with the possibility of Virgil Green or Cody Latimer siphoning some targets away from him. He's still firmly entrenched as the Broncos' number two WR, but it remains to be seen if that will lead to the same amount of production that it did in the past two seasons.
