The San Francisco 49ers have placed wide receiver Bruce Ellington on season-ending injured reserve with a torn hamstring. (Matt Maiocco on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It is disappointing, considering Ellington had been the talk of 49ers camp and was expected to play a big role. With him out, Torrey Smith should see even more targets.
