Fantasy Impact:

Williams is hampered by a torn right labrum - an injury he played through in 2014 while he was a senior at Western Oregon - and he plans to do so again Sunday. When asked about the severity of his injury, Williams said, "I feel good so far. I should be 100 percent by Sunday. I feel fine. I feel fine.” Williams is in the midst of his breakout season in the NFL. He leads the Chargers in receptions (51), targets (85), yards receiving (790) and touchdowns (tied with Hunter Henry with five) and he is showing no signs of slowing down. If he plays without limitations, Williams is a rising WR2 this week facing a Buccaneers defense that is ranked 15th in fantasy production allowed to opposing WRs.
