Fantasy Football Player Notes

2019 Rest of Season Rankings
Adrian Peterson Note

Peterson is not going to be a recommended start against the Eagles in Week 15, but he will be against the Giants in Week 16. That's a game he should see 15-plus touches in, and though they've been better against the run as of late, you can't find those touches on the waiver wire.

Terry McLaurin Note
Terry McLaurin photo 94. Terry McLaurin WR - (at DAL)
McLaurin has been the lone bright spot this season for the Redskins, and even his 3-51 line against the Patriots was a positive, with Colt McCoy as his quarterback and a ton of defensive focus on him. It's hard to be even remotely excited about anyone in Washington, but McLaurin remains a player who you can start at wide receiver most weeks, particularly in deeper formats.

Peyton Barber Note
Peyton Barber photo 136. Peyton Barber RB - (at DAL)
Ronald Jones is apparently the starter, but if you desperate at running back, you can play it safe with someone like Nyheim Hines or Chris Thompson, but it might be in your best interest to take a stab in the dark at the Bucs' backfield. There is a chance, as always, that Barber ends up with 15 touches which would go a long way against a lousy Lions' defense.

J.D. McKissic Note

It is possible that the Lions go sign a veteran in the next 24 hours like Mike Davis or Jay Ajayi, but if that doesn't happen, we've got the clear number one running back that plays all three downs. He didn't do much with 16 touches last week, but you can't replace volume.

Kyle Allen Note
Kyle Allen photo 209. Kyle Allen QB - (at DAL)
Allen doesn't have the worst matchup and is coming off three straight 20 point fantasy performances thanks to his great weapons, but there is a chance he gets benched mid-game for Grier.

Dwayne Haskins Note
Dwayne Haskins photo 248. Dwayne Haskins QB - (at DAL)
Haskins was brutal in relief of Case Keenum against the Giants in Week 4, showing he's not close to ready to start. He'll remain on the bench for the foreseeable future and is droppable in all formats, including two-quarterback leagues.
