Welcome to the NFL’s Conference Championship Weekend. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we will be providing an NFL Draftpot lineup until the start of the 2016 regular season.
Since this is a small, two-game slate, I highly recommend that you play lightly this weekend. When slates are this small, there is very little variance, which makes it difficult to climb to the top of your contests. If you’re looking to play a high volume of DFS this weekend, I suggest you take a look at our NBA DFS recommendations after reading this article. With that being said, let’s go ahead and take a look at my Draftpot Fan Mode tournament lineup recommendations for this weekend.

Quarterback
Tom Brady (NE) – at DEN
As I said last week, anytime you can use Brady at low ownership, it is definitely worth considering. Brady did well against the Broncos back in Week 12, and there is no reason to believe he will crumble this time since the Patriots are fully healthy.
Running Back
David Johnson (ARI) – at CAR
Johnson did not have a good game last weekend against the Packers. However, he should be able to bounce back this weekend against the Panthers, who struggled at times against the run this season.
Jonathan Stewart (SEA) – vs. ARI
Stewart has a tough matchup this weekend against a good Cardinals’ run defense. However, he just ran all over the Seahawks’ league-best rushing defense last weekend. Stewart should be in a line for another huge workload and has the potential to have another big game.
Wide Receiver
Julian Edelman (NE) – at DEN
Edelman did not miss a beat last Saturday after being sidelined most of the last month of the regular season with an injury. Edelman should see another heavy dose of targets this weekend and always has the potential to put up huge numbers.
Emmanuel Sanders (DEN) – vs. NE
As predicted last week, Sanders was the best Broncos’ receiver with the return of Peyton Manning. That will likely be the case again this week since Manning can no longer consistently complete the deep pass to Demaryius Thomas.
Michael Floyd (ARI) – at CAR
Floyd only had three receptions last weekend, but he did score a touchdown on two of those receptions. Look for Floyd to see more targets this weekend against a suddenly suspect Panthers’ secondary.
Tight End
Rob Gronkowski (NE) – at DEN
Gronkowski broke the career postseason record for touchdowns scored by a tight end last weekend against the Chiefs. Gronk had a good game against the Broncos back in Week 12 with six receptions, 88 yards and a touchdown. It will be even more difficult for the Broncos to slow him down now that the Patriots are fully healthy.
Flex
Greg Olsen (CAR) vs. ARI
In case you missed it, Olsen had a phenomenal catch for a touchdown last weekend against the Seahawks. Olsen is poised to have another good game this weekend against the Cardinals, who were in the middle of the pack at defending tight ends this season.
John Brown (ARI) – at CAR
Just like with Michael Floyd, John Brown should see some targets this weekend against the Panthers. Brown is capable of the big play at any given moment with his speed, making him a great boom or bust option for your tournament lineup.
Defense/Special Teams
New England Patriots at DEN
The Patriots’ defense led the league in sacks this season and is primed to have a good game this weekend against a Broncos’ offensive line that struggled to protect the quarterback this year.
Kicker
Graham Gano (CAR) – vs. ARI
Not too many people realize that Graham Gano scored the second-most Draftpot points for kickers this season. The combination of Arizona’s good defense and Carolina’s excellent offense should give Gano ample opportunities to kick field goals this weekend.
