If you read the Ten Commandments of Fantasy Football in 2015, then you remember the first commandment which states “thou must be on Twitter, where all news breaks first.” Twitter is an incredible resource for fantasy football.

The five Twitter follows and five more Twitter follows I have recommended still remain as some of the sharpest minds in our game and I encourage you to revisit those and follow them if you are not already. While you are at it, do not forget these top MFL10 Twitter follows.

Twitter is the place to find all sorts of obscure stats, interact with fellow fantasy football junkies and to ask your favorite expert a quick question. Everyone I recommend is not only a great follow for your fantasy football success but they are also great people who tend to interact and provide feedback when they are not too busy of course. Here are five Twitter follows for all of your preseasons fantasy football needs.

1) Justin Lonero – Fantasy Goodfellas host, DraftKings contributor
Daily fantasy sports is Justin’s main forte, but he has also been playing redraft for over a decade. What is cool about Justin is his personality. He is always ready to rap with anyone and everyone about fantasy football, loves a good debate and is big on using Periscope to interact with people on specific topics.

His daily fantasy podcast, The Fantasy Goodfellas, has been recommended by me in the past as a Twitter follow. The podcast, hosted by FootballDiehards.com, boasts sharp and credible guests from NFL.com, Pro Football Focus, 4for4 Football and DraftKings to name a few.

They were even kind enough to invite me once, too. The podcast account is a great follow, but you would be doing yourself a favor by following Justin and pestering him with any burning redraft or daily questions you may have.

2) 14 Team Mocker – RotoViz contributor
One of the greatest things about Mocker is his elusiveness and anonymity. We do not know his name, and we do not need it. He has been sleeping very little this summer and pumping out a ton of content on RotoViz, where he has written 41 articles since the Super Bowl.

His social media presence reaches beyond football, and he is someone who will make you think about things outside of the end zones. His Twitter polls are worth paying attention to, as they mostly involve dynasty trades.

He may be one of the best traders I have personally dealt with, and I am happy to call him a friend. He will make you a smarter fantasy football player, but he will also make you laugh in the process.

3) Curtis Patrick – RotoViz contributor
I find it to be a huge problem that Curtis has less than 1,000 followers, and I encourage you to follow him and become a part of the solution. He is a rising analyst whose masterpiece on RotoViz has me sold on Vance McDonald. He is also a volume player in MFL10s and can provide you with a ton of insight in that format as well.

Much like each Twitter follow I recommend, the best thing about Curtis is his willingness to engage. He just so happens to be a nice guy as well, and he co-designed a shirt commemorating the Scott Fish Bowl, which benefits Toys for Tots. You can purchase a shirt and/or donate here, and you can sign up to be considered for next year’s Scott Fish Bowl here.

4) John Proctor – DFS Power Hour
You have my permission to tease John a little bit about his Twitter handle, even though he is a super duper good man. John co-hosts the DFS Power Hour Podcast with Scott Barrett of Pro Football Focus, who I have recommended as a top follow in the past. The podcast has reeled in high caliber guests including T.J. Hernandez, T.J. Calkins, Mike Beers, Joshua Lake and Rumford Johnny.

All of these gentlemen are worth a follow if you enjoy winning in fantasy football but John and the Power Hour podcast are worth a follow if you enjoy winning money. He puts in a lot of time and research into his daily fantasy lineups, and it pays off.

John is quietly one of the best daily fantasy sports follows I can recommend. Preseason is rapidly approaching, and you would be wise to check out his timeline when building your preseason rosters.

5) Jody Smith – Gridiron Experts
I am sure you have noticed the trend of me recommending genuinely nice people to follow, and Jody is no different. The thing I always say about Jody is he spends as much time supporting other writers as he does working on his craft. He is never too busy to answer a question and always seems willing to talk fantasy.

What I find as impressive as Jody’s personality is his passion for watching film. Many of us spend a lot of time crunching numbers and analyzing statistics, but Jody shines when it comes to film.

In fact, he spent more hours than I could probably count watching each and every red zone snap from the 2015 season and wrote two enormous articles on the results. There are certain articles that I consider to be essential for draft prep, and Jody’s breakdown of NFC and AFC red zone data is a part of that category.

Twitter is obviously an enormous platform with more fantasy football relevant people than I can recommend in a few articles. On the surface it looks like I gave you five suggestions here but if you click on the hyperlinks you will soon realize each person mentioned in this article is a top notch mind in fantasy football.

Twitter has brought me success in this game and it can bring you success. Pay attention to what these people are spitting out on their timelines, and you can feel free to pay attention to me as well.
