Frank Stampfl kicks things off with a cold bucket of water for anyone who has a Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back on the roster:
#Bucs RB usage over the past three weeks:
Rojo- 44% snaps, 33 carries, 10% target share, 3 RZ opportunities
Ogunbowale- 31% snaps, 3 carries, 6% TS, 3 RZ ops
Barber- 19% snaps, 15 carries, 2% TS, 4 RZ ops
A three-headed RBBC on a team constantly in negative game script

Just as it appeared to be at the beginning of the season, the Bucs’ backfield is a bit of a fantasy nightmare – so avoid it if you can.
Hayden Winks breaks down which teams are allowing the most rush attempts per game, providing some insight into which running backs might be in for a big week:
Defenses ranked by rush attempts allowed per game:
CIN 34 (vs. PIT this week)
WAS 32 (vs. DET)
MIA 32 (vs. CLE)
NYG 30 (vs. CHI)
KC 29 (bye)

AVG 26

SEA 22 (vs. PHI)
IND 22 (vs. HOU)
HOU 22 (vs. IND)
BAL 21 (vs. LAR)
NE 21 (vs. DAL)
NO 21 (vs. CAR)— Hayden Winks (@HaydenWinks) November 19, 2019
Jaylen Samuels is presently 16th in half-point PPR in our Expert Consensus Rankings, but could challenge for the RB1 spot in a great matchup against winless Cincinnati; at the very least, his high floor should make him a solid cash-game play in daily fantasy.
Remember when Sammy Watkins was a thing? Austan Kas breaks down just how frustrating Watkins has been as a fantasy asset:
Since the start of the 2017 season, Sammy Watkins has gone for more than 85 yards four times in 34 games. His teams have ranked 10th, third and first in passing yards in those seasons. Per Spotrac, he has the biggest 2019 cap hit among WRs ($19.2 mil).

It’s probably time to stop waiting for that Watkins career breakout; even when healthy, he has been one of the most inconsistent wideouts in football.
Rich Hribar drops a D/ST factoid that you might have to read more than once in order for it to sink in:
DST1 games allowed per offense:
10: MIA
9:
8:
7: CIN, NYJ, WAS
6: CHI, NYG
5: ARI, ATL, CAR, CLE, DET, LAC, PHI, SF, TB
4: HOU, JAC, LAR, NO, PIT, TEN
3: BUF,DEN, GB, IND, KC, MIN, NE, SEA
2: BAL, DAL,
1: OAK— Rich Hribar (@LordReebs) November 20, 2019
We’ve said it before, but it bears repeating: PLAY D/STs AGAINST MIAMI. You’ll almost never regret it.
The final Tweet of the main edition of this feature comes courtesy Jared Smola, who has a sobering message for Aaron Rodgers owners this week:
The #49ers will be the 5th top-8 QB defense Aaron Rodgers has faced this season.
His fantasy finishes in the other 4:
24th
26th
26th
24th— Jared Smola (@SmolaDS) November 21, 2019
If you have another feasible quarterback option this week, it might not be the worst idea to go in that direction. Even with the revenge narrative (Rodgers is chafed the 49ers didn’t draft him, in case you hadn’t heard), this San Francisco defense has created plenty of headaches for fantasy owners.
