Van Jefferson: Matthew Stafford expresses confidence in Jefferson
Matthew Stafford said he is anticipating a big season for WR Van Jefferson.
Fantasy Impact
“Yeah he’s a really good player,” Stafford said in his press conference. “It was unfortunate what happened last year, just missing some time and having to battle through what he battled through. He’s a resilient kid and has done a nice job coming back, working himself into the mental position and the shape that he’s in right now.” According to reports, Stafford and Jefferson have been working together this offseason after Jefferson was recovering from a torn ACL last year. The WR2 role is wide open on the Rams offense behind Cooper Kupp.

Justin Fields: T.J. Edwards speaks highly of Fields
Bears LB T.J. Edwards said he sees “similarities” between Justin Fields and former teammate Jalen Hurts.
Fantasy Impact
“One thing with Jalen was he was always just kind of calm and collected,” Edwards said. “That’s why we looked to him so much, just because he was always that calming factor. You do see similarities with J Fields. He doesn’t seem to get rattled out there in terms of when we’re mixing up looks on him and stuff like that.” Fields is looking to build off last season as he looks to take a step forward as an overall passer. The addition of D.J. Moore alongside OC Luke Getsy should help Fields in that area.

Jordan Love believes ‘the sky’s the limit’ for Green Bay’s offense
Jordan Love said he believes ‘the sky’s the limit’ for Green Bay’s offense heading into 2023 season.
Fantasy Impact
“I think we’ve got a great team,” Love said. I think we have a good offense, a young offense. We have a lot of work to keep putting in, keep building together. And I think we have a really good defense. Once we get everybody back and healthy, we’ll be really good.” Love will be entering his first full season as the starter with Aaron Rodgers in New York. It’ll be worth monitoring throughout the rest of minicamp and into training camp how the offense might look exactly. We did see glimpses of the upside Love possesses late last season.
