The Angels could not put runs on the board and lost 4-2 to the Athletics. Andrelton Simmons tried to help by going 1-for-3 with a walk, but he never crossed home plate. He also struck out once.
Fantasy Impact:
Simmons has little to no value in season-long leagues and is nothing more than a punt option in DFS. He hits too low in the lineup to consider rostering. If he is ever at the top of the lineup and near minimum salary, he can be played as a value option in DFS.
