Alex Avila continues to roll on hot streak with another pair of hits

Alex Avila finished 2-for-3 with a walk and a run scored in Sunday's 9-1 loss to the Rays.
Fantasy Impact:
Avila has now collected two hits in three straight games as he lit up the Rays over the course of their four game set hitting 7-for-16 at the dish, although he had just one RBI on a solo home run. All in all, Avila is having a fine season as a dual-eligibility backstop rolling to the tune of a .326/.443/.609 triple-slash thanks in part to a June that is as silly hot as his April was. Add to that his 10 home runs and 27 RBIs and you know what to do if you're in one of the 60-some-percent of leagues that somehow are leaving the fifth ranked fantasy catcher on the wire.
