Jedd Gyorko knocks in a run in the Cardinals' 6-0 win over Mets

Jedd Gyorko goes 0-for-4 but gets a RBI as the Cardinals close out the first half of the season with a 6-0 win over Mets on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact:

Gyorko finished the first half of the season with a surprising exact .300 batting average. He has not hit better than .249 in a season. He is slashing .300/.364/.519 with 13 homers, 45 RBIs and even contributed five stolen bases. Gyorko is probably on a lot of current division and /or playoff fantasy teams as he was drafted late in drafts and has surpassed even the loftiest expectations.
