Jarrod Dyson plays second game in a row
by Brendan Ringwood | Tue, Mar 13th 1:17am EDT
Jarrod Dyson played in back-to-back games for the first time this spring on Monday. Dyson is now 5-for-12 in spring games after adding a base hit in the contest against the Rockies. Still, it marks only his fifth game so far.
Fantasy Impact:
It seems by the usage of Dyson that the coaching staff seems to know what they have in the 33-year old. The one odd thing though is that he has yet to even attempt a stolen base. We know that spring training stats are to be taken lightly, but stealing bases is one of the few things a player has direct control over. If Dyson doesn't run in his already limited playing time to open the season, his fantasy value is near zero
