Mark Trumbo takes batting practice

Mark Trumbo took batting practice on Saturday. He will take BP again on Monday and expects to play in an extended Spring Training game April 6. (Roch Kubatko on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Trumbo was expected to be sidelined for three-to-four weeks at the onset of his quad injury. That would put him back just before the end of the month if all continues to go well in his recovery. He will see regular at-bats with the O's upon his return. He's shown terrific power upside in the past, along with a bit of speed, but he's coming off a rough 2017 season, making him more of a fringe fantasy player at this point.
