Austin Hays struggling in Double-A

The Orioles, top hitting prospect, Austin Hays, was claimed by some to be among the favorites to win the American League Rookie of the Year award. He is off to a slow start in the minors, however, batting just .222 with a .660 OPS through 13 games.
Fantasy Impact:
With Colby Rasmus on the DL, it seemed as though Hays might get the call any day, but with the Orioles keeping him in Double-A, it may be as late as September before we see him in a big league uniform again. Hays can be dropped in standard-sized leagues.
