Marco Gonzales fired seven shutout innings on Wednesday against the A's to collect his fourth victory of the season. He allowed two hits and two walks while striking out six batters.
Fantasy Impact:
Gonzalez continues to improve his ERA and WHIP, which are now down to 4.05 and 1.35 on the season. His peripherals foreshadowed this, and he's been a solid streaming option in good matchups this season. He carries a bit of strikeout upside with nearly a strikeout per inning on the season.
