Matt Moore demoted to bullpen

Fantasy Impact:
This isn't surprising considering Moore has registered an atrocious ERA and WHIP of 7.88 and 2.04 on the season. The former top prospect wasn't fantasy relevant in the rotation and certainly won't be out of the bullpen.
