Fantasy Impact:
Olney adds that Hamilton can earn up to another $1 million in incentives. The outfielder was non-tendered by the Reds earlier this off-season but he's now in a great spot for his fantasy value. The Royals are historically one of the more aggressive teams on the base paths. Hamilton stole "just" 34 bases in 2018. If he stays healthy that number should rise next year.
