Daniel Murphy has been diagnosed with a fractured finger and is expected to be placed on the 10-day injured list. (Nick Groke on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Murphy suffered the injury trying to field a ball on Friday night. He stayed in the game but wasn’t in Saturday’s lineup. Murphy’s timetable to return is up in the air until he sees a specialist on Monday. In his absence Ryan McMahon should play first base with Garrett Hampson taking over second.
