Zach Eflin tosses quality start in no-decision Tuesday

Phillies starter Zach Eflin allowed one earned run on six hits and four walks while striking out two over six innings in a no-decision against the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Though he only allowed just the one run, Eflin ran into trouble early and got out of a bases-loaded jam in the first inning. His two strikeouts were disappointing after striking out seven in each of his last two starts, and he now has 47 strikeouts over 62 innings. His next start is scheduled to come against the Brewers in Milwaukee.
