David Phelps traded to Cubs

The Blue Jays have traded David Phelps to the Cubs in exchange for RHP Thomas Hatch. (Shi Davidi on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Phelps is having a fine season thus far, with a 3.63 ERA and 1.21 WHIP after missing all of last year due to Tommy John surgery. He'll join what is becoming an experienced bullpen in Chicago, but should have little value outside of deep NL-only leagues.
