Reds add bullpen depth with Burke Badenhop

There is no denying the Reds have turned in another lackluster off season, but one move should be drawing much more attention. Cincinnati signed free agent RP Burke Badenhop, who was with Boston in 2014. The acquisition will provide much needed depth to the back end of the bullpen and eliminate the need for Aroldis Chapman to pitch multiple innings saves. Bandenhop comes to the Reds having had a career year in 2014, appearing in 70 games, posting a 2.29 ERA, and a ground ball percentage of 61%, a key component to success in the HR friendly Great American Ball Park.
