Phillies reliever Seranthony Dominguez has suffered a setback in his recovery from an elbow injury, according to a report from Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia. (Jim Salisbury, NBC Sports Philadelphia)

Dominguez threw just 24 2/3 innings in 2019 due to elbow issues, and there was concern at the time that he could need Tommy John surgery.
