Seranthony Dominguez suffers setback in recovery from elbow injury

by Mike Maher | Phillies Correspondent | Thu, Mar 12th 11:51am EDT

Phillies reliever Seranthony Dominguez has suffered a setback in his recovery from an elbow injury, according to a report from Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia. (Jim Salisbury, NBC Sports Philadelphia)

Fantasy Impact:

Dominguez threw just 24 2/3 innings in 2019 due to elbow issues, and there was concern at the time that he could need Tommy John surgery. There have not been any reports about surgery being back on the table at this time, but a pitcher suffering a setback several months into his recovery from elbow pain is a troubling development.
