Fantasy Impact:
Franco is the consensus top prospect in all of baseball. While it's exciting to hear he made the cut, it by no means hints that we will see him in the majors this summer. Instead, it is likely that Tampa Bay thinks this is the best way to keep developing their prized shortstop. It's a route that most MLB teams are expected to follow. Franco is one of the most desirable assets in dynasty leagues right now.
