Daniel Mengden (elbow) placed on the 60-day IL

Fantasy Impact:
Mengden underwent surgery on his right elbow to remove bone spurs in February. He was deemed fully healthy for the start of spring training 2.0, but will start the season on the injured list. Mengden will be eligible to return at some point during the 2020 campaign. The 27-year-old RHP owned a (5-2) record along with a 4.83 ERA, 1.44 WHIP and a 42:27 K:BB across 59 2/3 innings in 2019.
