Fantasy Impact:
As expected; Luis Robert, Nick Madrigal, and Michael Kopech are also included. Vaughn finished the 2019 season in High-A and isn't expected to contribute at the major league level this year. Chicago simply feels that putting him on the taxi squad is best for his long-term development.
