Tommy Milone has stellar performance Sunday

Tommy Milone pitched a gem on Sunday, striking out eight Rays and allowing only one run and six hits in five innings. Only one of those hits went for extra bases, which was a solo homer by Brandon Lowe. He did not factor into the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Milone's gameplan of changeups down and fastballs up was working all game, leading to a decent 31% called strikes and whiff rate. However, he topped out at just 87.5 MPH on his four-seamer, and is only a streamer candidate. He will take on the Phillies in his next start on the road.
