Jacob deGrom strikes out 10 in first win of the season

Jacob deGrom allowed two runs on five hits and a walk over six innings on Monday against the Braves. He struck out 10 and earned his first win of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Other than the rare victory, it was more of the same for deGrom. who continues to show that he's perhaps the best pitcher in all of baseball. Not that he needed to improve, but deGrom changed his approach just a bit against the Braves, relying more heavily on his offspeed and breaking pitches rather than his fastball. However you slice it, he is in the midst of yet another fantastic season, and the only question is whether the Mets will give him enough run support to get wins on a consistent basis. He'll take on the Marlins in his next start.
