Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Joe Kelly's suspension was reduced from eight games to five games on appeal, according to multiple reports. (Jeff Passan on Twitter)

Kelly had been suspended eight games for throwing at Houston Astros batters, but his appeal successfully reduced the suspension to five games. He is currently on the injured list with shoulder inflammation and is eligible to return from that injury next Wednesday. He cannot begin serving his suspension until he is activated from the IL.
